Baadass™ Weights and Dumbbells warrants that our fitness equipment products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. Baadass™ Weights and Dumbbells will either repair or replace, at its option, any defective parts at no charge.

Benches, cages, attachments, and barbells are covered for frame and structural components for a period of 5 years. Upholstery and wear parts are not covered.

Our warranty for dumbbells offers coverage throughout the product's lifetime, ensuring your peace of mind. It extends to encompass defects in structural components and includes the replacement of handles and end posts in the event of any bends or breaks.

 

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Baadass™ Weights and Dumbbells at info@baadass.com. Shipping costs are not included in the warranty coverage. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs, replacements, or any other warranty-related issues.

The warranties described above shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the purchaser. Correction of defects, in the manner and for the period of time described above, shall constitute complete fulfillment of all liabilities and responsibilities of Baadass™ Weights and Dumbbells to the purchaser with respect to the product, and shall constitute full satisfaction of all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability or otherwise. In no event shall Baadass™ Weights and Dumbbells be liable or in any other way responsible for damages or defects in the product which were caused by repairs or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than Baadass™ Weights and Dumbbells.

This warranty shall not apply if the defect was caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional damage. Nor shall Baadass™ Weights and Dumbbells be liable or in any way responsible for any incidental or consequential economic or property damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
