Order Cancellation/Fee's / Shipping policy

If the order has been shipped in whole or partially, and a cancelation is requested, it is the buyer responsibility to pay for the packaging and shipping and the return fee's. Shipping fee's and handling fee's are non-refunable when an order as been shipped in whole or in part. All items must be return in their original package without any damage. Baadass weights will at times ship orders in multiple boxes that usually never exceed 50lbs per box. this helps to keep costs down as overweight boxes are charged at a premium by the courier companies. when some orders are placed, due to the nature of manufacturing these days, some components may ship sooner than others or be separated in transit by the couier company. Example, an 8 piece shipment may arrive on a number of days if the courier company loads some items one day and others on another day. Baadass cannot be held responsible for errors on behalf of the courier and Baadass will try to mitigate all situations and file claims with the couriers and will ensure that all orders placed will be delivers in whole. if there is an error on the part of a courier or packages are lost by the courier it may take some time for the courier company to trace what they have done and in the event that the courier comes back and cannot find shipped product Baadass will send replacement product. All return orders must be shipped back to Baadass to BAADASS WEIGHTS 13915 156 st , Edmonton Alberta, T6V1J1. and must be shipped at the customers expense, if items are shipped back C.O.D. then BAADASS reserves the right to deduct all costs from the purchase price and remit the difference to the customer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Every effort will be made to ship your ordered product in 4-10 business days, custom items such as Magnajust and Magnejust HD end posts can delay shipment by a up to 10-15 business days due to the requirement of machining the end posts and fastening of the magnets into the end posts. sometimes our magnet supplier or another component we need to finish and ship an order may be behind on getting to us and we will try everything in our power to get our components in in a timely fashion to ship as soon as possible, but occurrences can happen that an order may be delayed due to a component or a supplier being behind on shipping said components to us.
